The Pre-School committee run the business side, acting as employers of the staff and carrying out the legal duties.
The Committee includes parents of children at the Pre-School.
There are formal policies on admissions, health & hygiene, equal opportunities, behaviour, child protection.

Concerns or complaints, however large or small, are taken very seriously and there is a formal complaints procedure in place if needed.
