Tai Chi

Tai Chi

Cranmore’s weekly Tai Chi class attracts adult students of all ages from the village and surrounding areas.

This gentle, graceful art is often called “moving meditation” and has been shown to help relieve stress, improve fitness, boost both the circulation and immune system and increases health and vitality. What’s more, it’s fun! Each week we practice various Chinese energy building exercises and learn the most popular style of Tai Chi – the Yang Family Long Form.

We warmly welcome students of all ages and especially beginners. Why not come along and try it out?
